NEW RiSiNG - Zooks - 08-14-2014
Greetings to all!!
Great work so far at war in RiSiNG! Coach is leading a heck of a fight and I look forward to his continued contributions as a War Coordinator.
On that note, as most of you already know, we have been discussing the re-organization of or Sister clans RiSiNG and HELL.
As our longer running members know, RiSiNG has been through several different incarnations since it was established. First as a "Feeder" that noone would stay in and than as a "Teen Channel" that no Elder had patience to commit to. Later as a "Sister" who's leaders lacked consistency, then as "War Alternative" for weekend objectors whom defected to HELL instead. Most recently as a "Training Ground" for up and coming War Coordinators and die hard JiSOers.
While some phases enjoyed longer runs of success than others, each new leader approached the challenge before them with sincere effort. I thank and commend all of whom held the reign's in the past as well as those eager to take hold in the future.
Without formal induction or direction, Jack kept RiSiNG alive when her previous ambassadors grew frustrated and faded into obscurity. With recent rooming changes and a long overdue purge of defunct leadership, new interests are teaming with new plans of direction for JUSTiSO's RiSiNG.
Coach, SilentScreams, and the Tuckers will now bolster Jacks efforts by once again refocusing RiSiNGs efforts on the development of up and coming JUSTiSO kinfolk.
In the following days we will redefine the roles, requirements and expectations of each JUSTiSO channel. Once RiSiNG gains momentum and stability, new opportunities to further our expansion will become available to other loyal JiSOers. Up for the challenge?? inquire within.
